Gladiator style is very trendy this season and is a big source of inspiration on footwear mostly. Many brands have showcased knee high flat sandals with a strappy design in their S/S collections and, even though they aren't my kind, I'm tempted to experiment an outfit, as for me they are very nice with mini skirts, shorts or rompers. But there is a particular model that caught my eye and seems to be so popular at the moment: those lace-up suede wedge sandals, first seen at the recent Chloé S/S15 runway.
Well, to be honest I dislike them, even if they look pretty versatile and comfy, they aren't feminine at all. The tan suede is a bit appealing though, would be lovely with a short white lace dress and a panama :)
