Simone Cosac is an Italian company of body and home fragrances, made in Italy, recently established by Simone Cosac in 2008. Her aim is to celebrate the femininity and the elegance through the Renaissance art of perfumery. The medicean villa that Grand Duke Francesco I de' Medici gave to Bianca Cappello, where Simone currently lives with her family, gave her the inspiration to found the company: she, in fact, dreamt to be in the garden of the villa with Bianca Cappello, who showed her the exclusive notes to create the first perfume, Perle di Bianca.
I was recently given some samples which allowed me to discover the brand, and already fell in love with their luxurious and unique fragrances. As every women, I always wear perfume and never ever go out without it, at the moment I'm using the body essence Gocce di Bianco, a perfume oil with a remarkable, feminine and intense scent of flowers. It leaves the skin smooth, nourishing and pleasantly fresh, even after many hours (and I've tested it in the hottest summer days); Trama and Trama Nera are little samples to keep in bag, the first is more delicate, while the second stronger, but both are dominated by a sweet aroma. Simone Cosac products are truly heaven for nose, is like Simone has got which fragrances best represents women and which fragrances women want to wear: these perfumes are really suitable for women who want to leave a persistent but unforgettable scent trail :)

Hi Lilli, this perfume looks so elegant and must smell good. I like the packaging. It must be nice to see her family Villa and gardens too. I am usually loyal to several perfume brands and I used them on different days.

What can I tell you dear Lilli is that sometimes in a hurry I can forget to use the perfume without feeling empty. It's ok being protected with antiperspirant. My fav perfume is Vengeance Extreme, but I would love to try Trama Nera especially.

Hi Lilli. I have never heard about this Italian brand but I'd love to give it a try. I love perfume body lotions! I am not loyal to only one scent because when I use only one perfume longer, I get used to it and I can't smell it. That's why I use different perfume every day (I have like 4 different perfumes). The packaging of Simone Cosac is lovely, I checked her website as well. Have a lovely weekend!

Even the packaging looks lovely on these perfumes. I love to wear strong perfumes at the weekend and lighter scents at work but I always find that the scent wears off after a while or maybe it's just I cant smell it, so it's great that you have found a scent that is long lasting. I love the idea of body and home fragrances - such a good business idea and it's great that you are supporting Italian brands again. Have a super sweet smelling weekend Lilli x

Il profumo non lo conosco, non ho sentito parlare del creatore (simone cosac) .. (ma non sono nemmeno esperta di prodotti cosmetici). Al momento uso un profumo che mi ha regalato mia sorella (portato dal Canada), è molto piacevole, si chiama "Viva la Juisi", lo trovo parecchio sensuale ♥

Lucky you Lilli! This brand is new to me but the packaging is beautiful and your experience with the fragrances sounds incredibly lovely! Dear Lilli, i never heard about this italian label, but you made my nosy. your description sounds interesting, because i like the smell of flowers. I´k like you, i never go out without perfume. It´s very important for me a perfumeis not so heave and intrusive. The bottle of Gocci di Bianco looks elegant.

I haven't heard of this brand before but it sounds interesting and I'm attracted to the stylish packaging too. I tend to stay loyal to brands I have used for some time but I'm always willing to try new ones as well. I prefer lighter fragrances in the daytime especially in the summer months and usually change them in the winter.

Hi Lilli, I've never heard of Simone Cosac before but from the way you describe the scents, I feel like I want to go to scent heaven too, In fact, I also feel like taking a sniff at Gocce di Bianco since I adore the scent of flowers very much. I tried googling but could not find anything. Maybe because it is a unique Italian label or something?

Hey Lilli. First of all I would just like to say thank you so much for your supportive comment on my blog post. It really means a lot that you are behind me in my shredding adventure! I actually am not a big fan of fragrances at all, to the point that I can't walk past a Lush or through Duty Free without a mini panic. I think I was born with a dog's nose. I have recently bought Laura Mercier's Verbena fragrance though which is a citrus scent. I have been looking for two scents - lemon and vanilla - so that's one checked off the list! As it goes for vanilla, I absolutely love the smell of the vanilla essence that you use in baking, and have been trying to find a similar scent for ages. Not been successful yet though. If you have any pointers I'd be glad to know! Love this black and white Renaissance-esque photograph by the way! Rosemary X
