Summer is coming and I couldn't be happier about it. Even though I like the smocked bandeau bikinis, one-piece swimsuits continue to be in vogue also this year, the style is classic, chic and looks good on everyone. Thanks to the comeback of the 90s fashion, there is a new big fabric trend in the swimwear industry, velvet. It can look weird to wear velvet in summer, in fact it's a rich and lush textile associated with winter, but it's no doubt elegant, comfy and might be the most flattering swimsuit. And guess what, I can't get enough of it :)

Velvet is such an unexpected material for swimwear but at the same time there's something very glamorous and chic about it. That suit looks so elegant Lilli!
I like velvet especially in blue. But won’t that be heavy when it gets wet? Remains to be seen.

I love velvet “anything”...:-) The swimsuit is beautiful; great color.
I´m a big fan of velvet at winter. So why not for summer? I´m sure a swimsuit i´with this fabric looks very elegant. I also love the color of this one.
